Qigong is a practice of the heart where we use the medicine of simple meditative movements to balance our physical body, emotions, heart, and Spirit for the benefit of our wellbeing.
Rebecca came to Qigong as a trauma survivor seeking healing for her own physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
As a teacher and guide, she focuses on a gentle, trauma-conscious approach that offers practices to ground, in order that participants might feel the power of their own wisdom and healing within.
Embracing the knowledge that one can heal one’s self is powerful, centering and life giving– this is a beautiful truth Rebecca knows in her own life experience.
